A Cacao Ceremony is a journey to oneness, love and bliss
Ceremonial cacao has brought people together for thousands of years, creating space for connection, gratitude, reflection, and celebration. Indigenous cultures of Central and South America have revered cacao as a sacred plant, sharing it during ceremonies and important moments of community. Today, these gatherings continue to honor the spirit of cacao by creating space for reflection, presence, and meaningful connection—with ourselves, with others, and with the natural world. My ceremonies are inspired by the teachings I received from my teachers in Ecuador and Guatemala, honoring the traditions and wisdom of the cultures where cacao has been cherished for generations.
Rather than altering who we are, cacao gently invites us to soften, quiet the mind, and listen to the wisdom of the heart. It creates an opportunity to reflect with greater honesty, cultivate self-compassion, and approach life with a deeper sense of presence, gratitude, and connection.

A cup of ceremonial cacao — We gather in circle and drink ceremonial cacao with intention, allowing ourselves to slow down and become present.
A meaningful theme — Each ceremony is guided around a different theme, creating space for reflection and personal exploration.
Reflection & connection — You are invited to share, connect and reflect at your own pace. Sharing is always optional.
Mayan wisdom & reflection — I may incorporate teachings from the Mayan calendar and the energy of the day to bring an additional layer of awareness to the experience.

My Teachers & Certification
I believe that when sharing sacred traditions, it is important to learn from the cultures and teachers who have preserved them for generations.
In 2021, I completed my cacao facilitation training with Ecuadorian medicine woman Deya, founder of CacaoAmor, whose work honors ceremonial cacao from her homeland while supporting local communities and biodiversity.
In 2023, I traveled to Guatemala to study with Mayan Daykeeper Izaias Sajvin Mendoza, founder of Lavalove, deepening my understanding of traditional cacao ceremonies, Mayan Cosmovision, and the wisdom of the Mayan calendar. I am deeply grateful for these teachings, which continue to inspire the way I hold space and honor the traditions from which this sacred practice originates.
The Mayan Calendar & Nawales Experience
During my training in Guatemala, I had the privilege of learning about the Mayan Calendar and the wisdom of the Nawales from Mayan elders and teachers. It is a tradition of extraordinary depth, one that I continue to study with great respect and humility.
At each cacao ceremony, I share a brief reflection on the energy of the day’s Nawal and its symbolism, offering an invitation to pause, reflect, and connect with the present moment.
In Mayan Cosmology, a Nawal is the sacred energy or spirit associated with each day. Every day is understood to carry its own unique qualities, teachings, and opportunities for growth. According to this tradition, each person is also born under a specific Nawal, believed to influence their gifts, challenges, purpose, and life journey.

I attended my first Cacao Ceremony back in September 2023 and have been going back once a month since then. For my first session I signed up for an individual ceremony because it was a new experience for me and it was an amazing first experience.
Judit provided such an open and welcoming space for my first cacao ceremony that I started going to group sessions on a monthly basis with my boyfriend. In addition to the welcoming space, Judit shares so much knowledge about Cacao with everyone before starting each ceremony and definitely creates a space for everyone to feel safe whether its their first time or 10th time.
Beyond all of this the ceremonial cacao she uses/ makes is delicious and always hits the spot. We leave the ceremony speaking about how great the vibe was and how delicious the cacao tasted.
