Eligibility

Bookings and Payments
Appointments, workshops, ceremonies, retreats, and other events may require advance registration and payment.

Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received or otherwise confirmed.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service or event. Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking: 

 

Private Sessions, Group Classes, Workshops, and Ceremonies

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy, as availability is limited.

 

Retreats & International Travel

For retreats and international travel experiences, I partner with Fit4Travel, which manages registration, payments, and travel-related arrangements. Retreat cancellations, refunds, payment schedules, and other booking terms are subject to Fit4Travel’s Terms & Conditions and the specific cancellation policy provided for each retreat at the time of booking.

 

Please review these terms carefully before registering, as retreat cancellation policies differ from the 24-hour cancellation policy that applies to my regular sessions and appointments.

Participant Responsibilities

You agree to:


● Provide accurate registration information.
● Inform me of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, or pregnancy that may affect your participation.
● Participate within your own comfort level.
● Treat all participants, instructors, staff, and facilities with kindness and respect.
● Follow any safety instructions provided during sessions or events.


I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue participation if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate.

Health
By participating in my services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for consulting your healthcare provider regarding your own health and suitability for participation.

Participation in all services is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
